What things will help you create the life you've dreamed of?

Consistency as well as determination in taking inspired action is the secret sauce in creating the life you've always dreamed of.

When creating the life you've always dreamed of, you must also believe that you are deserving of the life that you are envisioning as well as the belief and love in yourself that you have what it takes to make those dreams come true.

So how can you tap into that consistency, determination, belief and love in yourself?

1. Write down what it is you want to create/manifest.

Be specific! Anything from the colors of what you want something to look like, the time frame in which you would like to have certain things achieved by, as well as if you see yourself in a new location. What does that new location look like? The sights, sounds, as smells?

2. Write down the why behind step number 1.

Knowing why you want to change your circumstances allows you to really dig deep and connect with those dreams on a much deeper level.

3. Create an action plan.

What goals do you have to set forth in order to make this dream a new reality? Remember, too thought that these goals can be adjusted and could look differently as you are progressing forward.

4. Schedule out working on your goals for the day a week in advance.

This will help you in staying consistent and actually give you something to look forward to doing because you know what the "end goal" looks like but be mindful that your schedule can look different each day.

5. DO NOT be hard on yourself if things are not going to "plan".

Remember you are creating a whole new life for yourself which means your outlook about yourself is changing as well. Sometimes thing don't going exactly according to plan and that's great because it will allow you to take a step a back see what is and isn't working so you can pivot and lean into what will work moving forward.

Its about letting go of what is no longer serving you so that you can welcome in the energy of what is more aligned with what you are creating which will allow those dreams to manifest into your reality with ease and grace.
